In-Office Women’s Health Physiotherapy

I offer in-person office visits at my cozy, private space in the North End of Halifax. There is free street parking available on Agricola and the surrounding side streets.

I am the sole practitioner in this office. All visits are spaced accordingly to ensure your privacy, therefore, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Please note, there are stairs to access the space. If this poses an accessibility issue please contact me and we can arrange an alternative.

In-Home Women’s Health Physiotherapy

Just like the office but in the comfort of your own home! Skip the traffic, keep your cozy clothes on, and let me do the travel.

I will bring a mobile treatment table and all of my equipment. There is typically an internal vaginal exam during this appointment so please consider an area in your home that is private, secure and comfortable for you.

I ask that you provide a fitted sheet, small blanket, pillow and garbage can for me. I do have some travel restrictions so please contact me to book.

Virtual Women’s Health Physiotherapy

Easy, comfortable, and convenient. Initial appointments and follow-up care can be provided virtually if needed.

Virtual tele-health is conducted through a secure and encrypted video platform. You will be sent an email with a link and instructions on how to join our video call. Access to internet and a device such as a mobile phone, tablet, or computer is required.

Virtual care can only be provided to those who reside in Nova Scotia. Please contact me to book.

Small Group-Based Exercise Programs

I have teamed up with Sylvia Peters, Co-owner of Nova Fitness in Halifax, NS. Sylvia is a personal trainer, fitness instructor, holistic lifestyle coach, and pre/post natal fitness specialist.

Together we offer a small group-based exercise program called MOM STRONG. This program is geared toward postpartum women. Our goal is to help you understand and care for your postpartum body. We guide you through exercises focused on retraining your core and pelvic floor.

This 8 session program includes education, mobility, release work, and strengthening exercises. Stay tuned for our next session.
